The wedding

a nightmare. One star is too many. Worst experience of the whole wedding planning. I went with 3 people, we were all treated terribly: no one could make a negative comment on a dress without receiving a bad response. After a few minutes the environment was terribly tense and after a few rude responses we simply all remained silent. I was able to try on different dresses, but not without "reprimands" ("oh, so let's discard a dress because of the slit?? that's fine!" or "how don't you like it?? darling, it's the one you showed me in the photo"). We only had the price of one dress, impossible to know the prices of the others - I think this is illegal among other things. Taking photos was prohibited, we hadn't been told in advance and the sales assistant shouted in my mother's face and wagged her finger. As soon as I smiled he would shove a bouquet into my hand and plant a veil on my head, trying, I think, to create a wow effect and putting pressure on me to buy the dress. ("no, look at me, I don't like the veil if it's not low under the gathered hair" "darling it hasn't been in fashion since 2016") I report other conversations because they are shocking "where are you getting married? oh there? well everyone goes there! you must have chosen October because the best months were already all full" "I like the low slit" "the low slit makes no sense darling, you either have it or you don't" "I would like to try a mermaid dress" "are you sure? you don't seem like the type of person for such a bold dress" then she wanted to know all the places I had already been and where I was thinking of going, number of guests, what job I do (she didn't settle for "I work in IT") Terrible, unprofessional, don't go there

Both my husband and I decided to buy the dress in this atelier. The staff is really kind and helpful, they immediately managed to make me feel at ease during the choice and all the subsequent tests. Among other things, they tried to coordinate us in a discreet way so that we didn't find ourselves on the wedding day with 2 dresses that didn't match well. The small tailoring changes we requested were done impeccably. Last but not least, we got married in Sicily and the dresses were sent from the atelier by courier because we had no possibility of bringing them otherwise. They arrived within 3 days and were packaged so well that it wasn't necessary to iron them, just hang them up. Truly a fantastic, perfect experience. I really recommend it if you want high quality and professionalism.

I am an expert in the sector and I want to compliment Simonetta for her great professionalism, kindness, skill, patience and meticulousness. I have rarely seen work done with such precision and passion, my client was listened to and pampered, in the end the delivered dress was perfect from all points of view. Well done Simonetta and thanks to all the staff for the always kind and attentive welcome given to us.

My wife and I both bought our wedding dress in this elegant atelier. We are talking about a high level atelier (as the prices are high). The girls are all kind and competent and the service offered is excellent, as is the quality of the clothes. However, don't let yourself be enticed by the holiday package offered for the purchase of the dress because it is a real rip-off (and I won't go into explaining why). I suggest that the shop no longer uses these packages to convince people to buy because what loses out (in addition to the "cheated" customer) is also and above all the reputation of the atelier itself!

Very bad experience. Apparently kind sales assistants who only tried to convince me to spend money to buy a dress that I didn't like, they said that it didn't excite me because I wasn't very young anymore. They aim to sell by playing on the emotions of the moment, they apply pressure by promising discounts and pretending to have many requests. Not recommended, one star is too much.
